Last year's Fall Best In Show winner, Richard Cash. The Seacoast Artist Guild Show will be held March 14 - 24 at Inlet Square Mall in Murrells Inlet.

The Seacoast Artist Guild of South Carolina announces their ninth annual Spring judged Art Show and Sale, from March 14 through March 24, at the Center Court of Inlet Square Mall in Murrells Inlet.  Show hours coordinate with mall hours.  Art can be viewed from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Open to the public, an Awards Reception with refreshments, takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14.    Barnie Slice, Susan Duke, Mike Covington, Maria Delaney and Sharon Sorrels, some of Myrtle Beach’s finest artists, are participating, as well as Richard Cash, William McEvoy and Elizabeth Knipes who took awards at the fall 2011 show.

The Seacoast Artist Guild is a local nonprofit arts organization founded in 2003. Guild membership has increased from a small group of thirty, to more than two hundred artists currently.  The show and sale is a great opportunity to support your local artists.

Seacoast is dedicated to bringing opportunities to its members through art exhibits and sales, workshops, and more.

As part of their mission, the Guild works to open possibilities for those who cannot afford to take art lessons, and nurture their skills.  Seacoast places an emphasis on students, and Guild members provide hours of their time to visual arts education and demonstrations for the young people in our area.
