On Thursday, Dec. 1, Sunset River Marketplace art gallery in Calabash, N.C. will hold an open house featuring several local authors. Authors who will be in attendance include Charleston novelist Sean Keefer, James Kaufman, Joan Leotta, Al Strohmyer, Marsha Tennant and several others. They will have their most recent books available for purchase and signing, just in time for the holiday season. Refreshments will be served throughout the day.

Since opening its doors in 2002, Sunset River Marketplace has become a destination point for visitors and locals alike. The gallery has been a strong supporter of performing, visual and literary arts, and houses an entire section of local novelists, travel writings, children’s books, cookbooks and regional interest books.
