Cheryl has over 30 years experience in such diverse industries as banking, insurance, airline, and media, with the majority of that time in sales capacities.  Prior to becoming an FCBB senior broker, she was an independent insurance broker in Atlanta.

She also spent four years with AirTran Airways in Station Operations and Quarterly Business Reviews Coordinator.
In California, Cheryl was with KTLA-TV and Continental Cablevision with the latter in advertising sales.  In moving to the south, Cheryl was with WQQK-FM and WUXP-TV as an account executive in Nashville.

She earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing and a Master’s of Business Administration, both with University of Phoenix.

Cheryl is a two-time Walker/Fundraiser for the Susan G Komen 3-Day/60 Mile walk in Atlanta and a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

Steven Rodriguez
Senior Business Broker

Steven Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience in the financial service industry. Steven founded SkyyLine Leasing, which assisted local business owners in securing financing for their equipment needs. Steven’s expertise is also within the insurance and mortgage fields. Steven was an account executive with Argent Mortgage Company, Leasecomm and a sales agent with New York Life Insurance Company and Aflac. Just recently Steven was a franchise account representative with QP Group America/IHG Corporation, in which he educated hotels and management groups in a new e-procurement/supply chain program.

He received an A.A.S. in Food Processing Technology from SUNY Farmingdale and Bachelor’s Degree In Business Management/Economics from SUNY Empire State College.
