On Thursday, August 11 at 10 a.m., Gary Forrester, environmental horticulturalist of the Horry County Division of Clemson Extension Services, will present a program on Vegetable Gardening. All aspects of vegetable gardening will be presented. Questions from the audience will be welcome.
This will be Gary Forrester’s third program at North Myrtle Beach Library this year. He has been brought back by public demand, because his presentations are lively and informative. He has a BS in Agronomy and Turf grass Management and an MS in Agronomy and Plant Biochemistry from Texas A&M University. Gary is the master gardener coordinator of Horry/Georgetown and Marion County and has been a contributing author or reviewer in several Clemson Extension publications. He has over 35 years in the green industry.
